This is our wonderful long lasting functional Bird Feeder and is one of our most popular products. The birds just love it! This feeder is available in both Cherry and Black Walnut in various sizes. We have been making this feeder for close to 15 years and have made many chickadees, nuthatches, woodpeckers, house finches, goldfinches and other birds very happy. All our wood is responsibly gathered by us from fallen trees. It's the ultimate functional up-cycle! The large Feeders are approx: 10+" L x 6-8" diameter and hold about 4 cups of seed.

General care info:
Get ready to be mobbed by your local bird population!
~ Take your bird feeder home, tip with opening facing up to fill with seed (we recommend black oil sunflower), enjoy the birds! No other care is needed.
~ Please note the feeder sides will open up with changes in humidity, and the ends will have some cracking. These changes are normal, and since the ends are nailed in place, will not affect functionality.
~ The chain can be un-clipped on one side for putting over a tree limb, etc.
